What is the hotel's policy about lost and found items?

A.

A lost and found counter is available on the first floor of the hotel, near the ATM machine. Should a guest lose any items whilst at Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the item is recovered, it will be recorded in this area.

Jumeirah Beach Hotel will make a detailed record of all found items, and will store any found items for a maximum of three months. After this period, in line with the directives of the General Department of Criminal Investigation in Dubai, all unclaimed items will be handed over to the nearest Police Station.

These found items will then be kept at the police warehouse for a further three months after which they will be auctioned, and any funds raised given to charity.

Should hotel guests need to locate any item after the initial three month period expires, they are requested to contact our Concierge who will assist in coordinating with the police station where the found items are handed over. The police will then advise the necessary procedures to locate any item.

The hotel comprises of 598 rooms and suites and 19 villas.

At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?

Guests are requested to check in after 2:00 pm on the day of the arrival and check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Can I check in early? Can I check out late?

A.

Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning, who wish to access their room upon arrival, are advised to book the night prior. Late check out requests are at the discretion of the hotel and are subject to an extra charge.

Do you have interconnecting rooms?

The hotel has a number of connecting rooms. Requests for such room configuration can be made at the time of booking, but will not be guaranteed. Upon arrival the request will be reviewed and honoured strictly subject to availability.

All rooms are equipped with in-room safes. Furthermore, our Reception offers a safety deposit box facility.

All Guestrooms are equipped with high speed internet access. Furthermore, the Business Centre on the first floor features several computer workstations with internet access for a nominal fee. The Conference Centre is equipped with wireless internet access.
