Notice: It has come to our attention that a company known as Luxe Hotels and Resorts is holding itself out to be associated with Jumeirah. Please be advised that Luxe Hotels and Resorts and Luxe-me have no association with Jumeirah and have no authority to make reservations at any Jumeirah hotels.

1. On the bottom right hand corner of the Booking page you will find a section called ‘Find Reservation’
2. Simply add your email address and confirmation number to retrieve your booking information.
3. Options are available to cancel or amend your booking.
